At Moodwick, we’re committed to making sure your moods arrive safe, sound, and ready to glow. Here’s everything you need to know about how we ship your candles:

Processing Time

• Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received.

• During holidays or new collection launches, processing may take an extra day or two — but we’ll always keep you updated.

Shipping Rates & Times

• Free U.S. Shipping on all orders over $50.

• For orders under $50, shipping is calculated at checkout.

• Standard U.S. shipping typically takes 3–7 business days after your order is processed.

International Shipping

• At this time, Moodwick only ships within the United States.

• We’re working on bringing the glow worldwide soon ✨.

Order Tracking

• Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your mood’s journey to your door.

Missing or Damaged Orders

   If your package arrives damaged or doesn’t show up, reach out to us at  support@moodwick.com within 7 days of delivery.

• We’ll make it right with either a replacement or refund.

Address Issues

• Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order.

• We can’t be responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.
