We want every Moodwick candle to bring you comfort, warmth, and joy. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.
Returns

Due to the nature of candles and home fragrance products, we currently do not accept returns on used items.

If your candle is unopened and unused, you may return it within 14 days of delivery for a refund.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your candle arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7
days of delivery at support@moodwick.com

Please include your order number and a photo of the issue so we can quickly make it right.

We’ll send a replacement or issue a full refund — whichever you prefer.
Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you if your refund has been approved.

Approved refunds will be issued back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Exchanges

At this time, we don’t offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different scent, simply place a new order once your refund is processed.
Non-Returnable Items

Gift cards, sale items, and opened candles cannot be returned or refunded.
